274e6652-a84f-4cb4-86aa-f42437395a1e-204438The Authority wishes to award a contract for The Provision of a Speech and Language Therapist to Operate Across 5 Schools in the Scarborough Area, ("the Contract"). The Speech and Language Therapist (SALT) is to operate across 5 schools in the Scarborough area to identify potential speech, language and communication needs amongst the pupils of the 5 primary schools, and to provide support, guidance and interventions not only to the pupils, but also the staff at these schools and parents where applicable. Further information is contained within Section 2: The Specification. The Contract will be for a period of 2 years with an option to extend for a further period of 2 years. Therefore the total possible Contract duration is 4 years. Please note: this requirement is being tendered in accordance with Regulation 74 of the Public Contracts Regulations and thus the "Light Touch Regime" is being applied to the procurement process.
