The specification will detail the overall management objectives of the maintenance required to allow the various types of planting to flourish and reach their design potential. It should ensure that the works undertaken maintain the appearance of the area, enhance the character of the development in the interest of visual amenity and contribute to the character of the local area. A site visit is highly recommended and the only date available is: Friday 9th June at 9.30am. If you wish to attend the site visit, please can you advise who will be attending from your company via the correspondence button on In-Tend.
