Babcock Land Defence Limited acting as the UK Ministry of Defence's agent, awarded a single source contract with Allied Aerosystems Limited for the Repair and Recalibration of Accelerometery, Chemical, Flow and Ultrasonic Equipment. It is considered that this contract can be placed using the negotiated procedure without prior publication pursuant to Regulation 16(1)(a)(i) of the Defence and Security Public Contract Regulations 2011 due to a failed competition caused by the absence of suitable responses to Lot 6 of the previous restricted procedure reference 2023S/ 000-014611. The framework agreement has a duration of three (3) years. This is not a request for expression of interest so please do not apply to be invited to tender.
