This is to be achieved through the creation of an 'ecosystem' of multiple COTS products / services. To achieve full interoperability of the ecosystem with MOD, NHS, legacy systems and others, additional suitably qualified experienced personnel (SQEP) expertise is required l. These services will enable the delivery of a clinically safe and secure ecosystem ensuring benefits for the programme are realised
