This is to be design by a pool specialist. A section of the flat roof will require removal and reinstating to allow for the supply of the new filters. • The existing boilers are to be removed and replaced with new boilers, flues, control modifications and shunt pumps. • The main pool hall air handling unit is to be removed and replaced with new. The air handling units are currently screened off with a louvre. This is to be replaced with new and the flat roofs and wall replaced/repaired. • The male and female changing rooms are to be refreshed. (ie in principle items stay in same location but are replaced with new) Works includes white rock to some walls, new locker doors, new toilets, showers, wash hand basins, cubicles, suspended ceiling and lighting. As a guide a changing room includes 6 changing cubicles, 3 wc
