The scope of services to be commissioned through this procurement has been developed by NHSEngland, (London) based on the national breast screening specification, and in consultation with providers,service users and Public Health England. The screening programme will operate within a three-year round plan. The key objectives of the NHS England (London Region) Procurement are: • Improve access, uptake and coverage • Improve quality and performance • Improve user experiences • Build resilience within the breast screening programme in London
