To include a contingency element (£100k) of responsive repairs to tenanted properties, primarily related to HHSRS hazards, namely damp and mould works. The contractor will contract direct for Rooftop Housing Association and will cover properties in the Worcester, Evesham and Gloucester areas. This contract was procured as a direct award under Efficiency East Midlands's Vacant Property Services Framework (EEM0071) Lots 1, 2 and 3. (Contract Notice 2024/S 000-028440).
