a5425fa2-cce8-477f-bfda-e36557bc9f66-816647North Wales Police seek an experienced building construction company - the project will comprise of a full new build including foundations, external works, drainage, and parking. The building will be three storeys high and 1154m2. North Wales Police have an aspiration to achieve Net Carbon Zero 'in-use' therefore the heating systems must be Electric, the building must achieve EPC 'A' rating and an Air Tightness of at least 5m3/h/m2 at 50 pa. The project does not need to achieve a BREEAM accreditation. We are at RIBA stage 3 and have included the concept drawings and expect planning to be approved later this year. We will be looking to take between 3 to 6 contractors through to the second stage at 100% cost.
