9b6ec650-0e1d-4d03-a410-c68095582bb2-796275Swindon Borough Council would like to invite tenders for the provision of pre-fabricated toilet facilities as part of the Fleming Way Improvements Scheme.\r The building is to be pre-fabricated and is to include 2 x standard unisex toilets, 2 x fully accessible toilets and a Changing Places facility which is to meet the required standards and be certifiable by Changing Places UK once complete.\r \r Full details relating to the provision of toilet facilities are supplied in the tender documents.\r \r To participate, Suppliers will need to Register as a Supplier with ProContract, www.supplyingthesouthwest.org.uk, then Register an Interest before obtaining access to the tender documents. In the event of difficulties registering as a supplier, please refer to the System Administrator Proactis support team ProContractSuppliers@proactis.com with reference number; DN721771.\r \r Contract Period\r The contract will be initially for a period of 6 months commencing Jan/Feb 2025 as per the contract terms and conditions. It is envisaged that the opportunity will realise a contract value of up to £260k.\r \r Tender Responses\r Tender Responses are required to be submitted no later than Monday 17th June 2024, 1200 hrs UK Local time via ProContract tender portal - https://www.supplyingthesouthwest.org.uk/\r \r Tender Clarifications\r If you require any clarifications on the tender documents, please submit these in writing via Messaging in ProContract tender portal by Monday 03rd June 2024, 1200 hrs UK Local time. The Council's responses to these clarification questions will be uploaded periodically on the ProContract tender portal.\r \r Please note that this project has been advertised on Find a Tender Service and Contracts Finder however, Supplying the South West Portal, https://www.supplyingthesouthwest.org.uk/ is the only portal that includes all the relevant documents required to respond to this opportunity.\r \r No Tender submissions will be considered without completing the tender documents in full including attachments and returning them in alignment with the instructions within the tender documents.
