9a7e67f6-9c44-4102-a2ef-80764da07464-692653The University of Warwick has a requirement to purchase a Business Simulation package that can be deployed as a teaching tool for c. 700 users over a 2-3-week period annually (generally in June each year). Whilst we can utilise a proprietary product, some customisation will be needed, and the simulation must be integrated within our own virtual learning environment (my.wbs). The simulation forms an embedded part of the teaching for module IB9BF0 Business in Practice. Alongside support for the deployment of the simulation, the provider will be required to provide some training to the teaching team, provide training materials (videos and guides) for students, offer technical support and further guidance during the simulation deployment and be able to customise and extend the simulation content/actions in line with the requirements of the module leaders (to be delivered between January and April each year). The University of Warwick is not a contracting authority for the purposes of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (as amended) and its procurement activities are not subject to the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 or the obligations under the European Public Procurement Directives, including the European Remedies Directive. Advertisement of any contract in the Official Journal of the European Union or Contracts Finder is at the sole discretion of the University and is undertaken on a voluntary basis with no implied obligation to comply with the procurement legislation. The deadline for tender submissions is 23rd August 2023 at 12 midday.
