a16225c5-9903-48e8-9e3c-de0e9811a83b-859607Homes England is looking to build a robust and detailed evidence base on the post occupancy performance of MMC homes. In-line with Homes England and MHCLG's MMC focus, for the purposes of this research, MMC homes will be those built using Category 1 and Category 2 methods.\r \r In early 2025, an initial scoping study was procured, and it identified three main areas with gaps in evidence in understanding the performance of MMC homes:\r 1. Resident Satisfaction and Customer Perception \r 2. Overheating and Energy Performance \r 3. Maintenance, Repairability and Adaptability\r \r This commission will comprise a suite of qualitative research activities, including a large-scale household survey and in-depth stakeholder interviews to answer the above research questions. \r \r This is a link to the T&Cs for Homes England Frameworks https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/homes-england-contracts-and-tenders
