Bydd gofyn i'r cynigiwr llwyddiannus hefyd gyflawni asesiadau risg ar sail neilltuol. Er enghraifft, wrth gefnogi unrhyw brosiect adeiladu sylweddol neu fân waith fel y cyfarwyddwyd gan Heddlu Gogledd Cymru. Fire Risk Assessment Programme In accordance with its Facilities and Estates Management Strategy, North Wales Police requires a competent, independent and experienced contractor to complete a Fire Risk Assessment Programme in accordance with the Site Action Plan. North Wales Police is therefore seeking tender submissions accordingly in order to ensure full compliance with the relevant statutory legislation and specifically The Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005. The successful tenderer shall also be required to perform risk assessments on an ad hoc basis, for example, in support of any significant building project or minor works as directed by North Wales Police.
