It is anticipated that the contract will commence on 1.9.2016 for a period of 3 years until 31.8.2019 with the facility, at the sole discretion of The ACC Liverpool Group Limited, to extend the contract for a further two (2) twelve (12) month periods until 31.8.2020 and 31.8.2021 respectively. The tender is for the provision, installation and removal of event, temporary and ancillary signage including, but not limited to, flags, temporary banners, event advertising signage and temporary directional and informational signage. All organisations expressing an interest will be required to complete a Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ). PQQ responses will be evaluated and a short list of organisations invited to tender. PQQ responses are required by 12 noon on Monday 16 May 2016.
