To this end we need to appoint UKPN to carry out all the contestable and non-contestable works as soon as possible as a turn-key Updated Jul23 package, to avoid additional c£100k for temporary generation kit at the site. Recommendation - NHSPS appoints UK Power Networks (Operations) Limited to get all the infrastructure power upgrade work progressed as soon as possible as a turnkey package.
