a9a20118-1b48-4d6b-93a9-302687764d41-94245Colchester Borough Council require a suitably qualified contractor who can complete the required refurbishment/ remodelling works to the Ground Floor of Colchester Library. The works include (please note the following list is not exhaustive): (1) Demolition of a block partitions forming the meeting room adjacent to the Community Hub, (2) Suspended ceiling and lighting works, (3) replacement floor covering to the Ground Floor area, (4) alterations to electrical services and (5) the creation of a sensory area to the Ground floor. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement. The closing date for expressions of interest is 17:00Hrs on 31st March 2016. Completed tenders must be submitted by 12:00 (noon) on Monday 4th April 2016.
