Maintenance and repair works are required to a range of structural defects which relate to (but may not be limited to):- o Concrete repairs to all exposed balcony reinforced concrete surfaces including surface preparation, survey, break out, repair, selective use of corrosion inhibitors, surface treatment and protective coatings. o Preparation, repair and overcoating of balcony membranes. o Installing movement joints around balcony wall junctions o Repairing cracks in brickwork. o Installing liquid applied flat roof warm roof o Installing a roof access hatch o Installing a new surface water drainage system
