The scope of this procurement will include as a minimum but is not limited to: Fully integrated General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Procurement, Bank Reconciliation, Budget Monitoring, Budget Setting and Reporting system Hosting of the solution. Associated software licences. Associated software services. Annual support and maintenance. Implementation and data migration support. Professional services in the form of service pack days. Option to add in additional functionality (e.g. Inventory and Stock Management module, Project Accounting module (i.e. Fee Billing, timesheet recording, Job Costing, etc.), Accounts Receivable) during the lifetime of the contract.
