In addition, for refurbishment of existing videoconferencing facilities and for establishment of new videoconferencing facilities, it covers: - Replacement videoconferencing codecs and related equipment hardware and software when required, and - New videoconferencing codecs and related hardware and software. This contract is for an initial 12 month period with the option to extend for a further 24 months. Please note this is not a call for competition, this contract was awarded following a further competition run against Crown Commerical Services RM1045 Network Services Lot 8 Video conferencing services.
