Sites in scope include Offices, Libraries, Care Homes, Day Centres, and Fire Stations. The Grounds Maintenance operations required broadly comprise:- Grass Maintenance ? Grass cutting and edging Horticultural Maintenance ? Maintenance of shrub beds and borders Hedge cutting Planting and maintenance of summer bedding General Works - Control of weeds on hard areas Note ? not all of the above operations will necessarily be involved on all sites. Additional information: Documents & submissions were via The Chest as detailed in the advert. Please note that this notice is for Notice of Award and the tendering process has now closed. As per specification - six geographical areas Carlisle, Eden, Allerdale, Copeland, Barrow & South Lakes.
