Examples may include service design projects, independent reviews of projects and service improvements, organisation design and capability building activities. • Creating agility through service teams and an increased focus on user experience • Building better experiences for people using our systems through personalised, seamless journeys • Design and deliver training as necessary • Assistance in building relevant capability and delivery frameworks • Moving to an evergreen estate with continuous improvement at the heart of what we do • Options development and appraisal • Requirements gathering and management • Communications and stakeholder management • Agile delivery- inc. Agile practices and roles • Transition planning and management • Change embedding - adapting and adopting change into BAU including behavioural change • Cultural change and change leadership • Public Digital will work in close collaboration with an OU internal team, including building their capability and ensuring momentum is sustained and there is continuity in the longer term.
