The contract includes Atlassian Jira Cloud Premium (academic licence) and selected Atlassian Marketplace applications, including Capacity Planner (Jira Team and Resource Management). The services are delivered as Software as a Service (SaaS) via the Atlassian Cloud platform and are licensed for up to 500 users. The provision includes standard hosting, maintenance, updates, and supplier support.
