These services include pre-employment testing, random testing, with-cause testing and the associated laboratory analysis. The No.2 Region of Police Forces consists of the following 7 x Police Forces: • Police and Crime Commissioner for Cleveland • Durham Police and Crime Commissioner • Humberside Police and Crime Commissioner • Northumbria Police and Crime Commissioner • North Yorkshire Police, Fire and Crime Commissioner • South Yorkshire Police and Crime Commissioner • West Yorkshire Combined Authority Following this collaborative process, each Force has signed a contract with the winning bidder for these services.
