This should be \r proactive and parents should leave with identifiable new skills and have been signposted to relevant \r further/higher education or skills development courses as appropriate.\r In the past we have run courses on a range of topics such as; Personal Development, Volunteer Training, Job \r Skills, Working with Children. Innovative ideas are welcomed if there is evidence to show that they work!
