Stafford Borough Council is seeking to have the equipment upgraded and/or replaced with new equipment and a new supporting maintenance programme established to ensure the long-term security of the car parks and for its customers. The current equipment on the Waterfront and Riverside car parks has been in situ for a period of nine years. The parking sector would consider this a lengthy timespan for the current equipment and for the proposal to upgrade/renew the in-situ equipment. Call off from ESPO Framework 509_23
