This Framework is beingset up to support Members with specific roof replacement programmes and/new roof installations. The mainelements covered by this framework will be: —Complete Roofing Replacements — flat and pitched roofs. —General works associated with the above. The Contractor will be required to carry out all of the works to a range of property types including, but notlimited to, domestic housing stock, high rise and low rise flats, office accommodation, hospitals, studentaccommodation and schools. Generally, the works will be undertaken while the property is occupied
