It is currently used for internal meetings, public events, conferences, and wedding ceremonies. The Council now wishes to explore further commercial uses for the site so that it can become a net contributor to the Council's budget and is looking to commission a Provider to carry out a piece of consultancy work in relation to the commercialisation of Shaw House. It is anticipated that this service will run from July-August 2024. The total budget for this service is £15,000 and bids for this service should not exceed this amount.
