a197d1f2-be22-42f0-b3ee-809edc7d7e31-178052NHS South of England Procurement Services, acting on behalf of Health Education England (the Commissioner) are commencing a tender for the delivery of a Development of Clinical Pharmacist In General Practice (CPGP) Programme for England. This is a national procurement and is offered as a whole in one lot. Only one tender is permitted from each provider or provider consortium. Health Education England (HEE) will communicate with either the single provider or the lead provider for the consortium and therefore the lead provider must be identified. In the event that more than one tender is submitted, only the last tender will be evaluated and the other/s will be disregarded. HEE is seeking a provider(s) with the expertise to ensure that a clinical pharmacist in general practice programme is designed, delivered and assessed using and appropriate learning infrastructure and is ready for implementation in September 2017. HEE want to procure 1650 programme places which is equivalent to 1407 (WTE) over a three year period. The first cohort will commence in September 2017 with the last cohort finishing in 2020/21. The anticipated start date of the contract is no later than 1st July 2017. Please access the procurement documents for further information. The deadline for submission of completed ITT submissions is Thursday 6th April 2017 at 12:00pm (midday). Late submissions will not be accepted. The e-portal system will shutdown at 12:00pm and any unsubmitted bids not registered to the system at this time will not be accepted. Therefore, please submit in good time prior to the deadline date and time. Project title: Development of Clinical Pharmacist In General Practice (CPGP) Programme - Health Education England, please access the ITT for all documents. All communications should be made via the messaging function on the In-tend E-Tendering portal. During the tender exercise the Contracting Authority requests that all communications are channelled through the appointed procurement specialist on behalf of NHS South of England Procurement Services and not with the Contracting Authority itself. No Bidder, Bidder Member, or any of such Bidder's advisors, consultants or subcontractors may have ex parte communications with the Contracting Authority or any of their employees, advisors, contractors or consultants regarding the ITT, the Procurement, other than as expressly permitted in this ITT.
