The successful tenderer will be responsible for detailed design, supply, installation and commissioning of the new system to the performance specification provided. The successful contractor will be required to offer a comprehensive monitoring and maintenance package for 12 months following the commissioning of the CHP unit. The contract will be JCT Minor Works with Contractors Design 2016.
