This has involved an internal audit report and two external reviews of the issues needing to be resolved. This has generated an As Is report and a high level implementation plan for the mitigation activities, which categorises the key requirements in to 6 themes: Communication & engagement, Interpretation & understanding, Reporting, Governance & process, Resource & Strategy As a result HE have further identified the need for consultancy services to support the development and improvement of the Communication & Engagement theme.
