This requirement is subject to the Public Procurement Regulations and respective advertising action Further to the contract notice issued on 07/05/2024, reference LSL/FOOD/0026, Leidos Supply Ltd has awarded the Supply of Operational Ration Heater Systems to BCB International Ltd on a 4 year term from 01/10/2024. Additional information: Please note this is a Contract Award Notice, this contract has now been awarded. The authority reserves the right to amend any condition related to security of information to reflect any changes in national law or government policy. If any contract documents are accompanied by instructions on safeguarding classified information (e.g. a Security Aspects Letter), the authority reserves the right to amend the terms of these instructions to reflect any changes in national law or government policy, whether in respect of the applicable protective marking scheme, specific protective markings given, the aspects to which any protective marking applies or otherwise.
