These are follow on tasks to the original scope and are to be completed through this direct award to the consultant team. - Stakeholder management and liaising with key stakeholders on data sharing - working with us identify lessons learned from the last engagement exercise and develop the approach for the next round of Route Strategies including a better data sharing tool. - Programme office close-down and prep for RIS3 - existing Programme Office arrangements to close down and identify requirements for RIS3. - Assistance in designing the governance process for getting internal approvals for route strategies. - Supporting our review of how route strategies can be more helpful in spatial planning and promoting the use of route strategies within the business.
