The successful supplier will be a Global, Preferred or Master Solutions ServiceNow partner and an authorised ServiceNow License reseller. The requirement includes: -The provision of a dedicated ServiceNow specialist on-site for 2 days per week -Remote Support / Managed Service in respect of systems monitoring and maintenance during core hours only (9am to 5:30pm UK time, excluding Public Holidays). -Ad hoc support for Annual upgrades and development work.
