28d53d93-175f-4358-af16-0d514bff9966-912416Gedling Borough Council appointed Alliance Leisure Services Ltd through the UK Leisure Framework to deliver the Carlton Active project. As part of the approved Leisure Transformation Programme, a two-phase enabling works package was commissioned to facilitate redevelopment of the Richard Herrod Centre site. The Phase 2 Demolition contract incorporates the demolition of the Richard Herrod Centre and associated site preparation works required to create a development-ready site for the future Carlton Active facility. Delivery of Phase 2 Enabling Works comprising: • Demolition of the Richard Herrod Centre. • Removal of associated slabs and foundations. • Site clearance and preparation works. • Demolition of existing bowls club structures. • Temporary site infrastructure and security arrangements. • Utility disconnections and enabling infrastructure works. • Associated project management and delivery services through the UK Leisure Framework.
