The requirement is to upgrade the heating & hot water mechanical services installation, in accordance with the design specification & drawings provided by RIDGE. The building comprises of ground and first floor levels. The ground floor consists of an office area, café, kitchen, theatre, gallery, classrooms and meeting rooms. The first floor consists of a privately owned and independent dwelling Additional information: The Council is utilising an electronic tendering tool to manage this procurement and communicate with Tenderers. Accordingly, there will be no hard copy documents issued to Tenderers and all communications with the Council, including the submission of Tenderers' Responses, will be conducted via the ProContract system, which can be accessed using the following link: http://sebp.due-north.com
