To enable this work NRS require additional project controls and commercial resource to support the existing functions. The following roles are an indication of requirements: • Project Planning • Cost Engineering • Cost Estimating • Risk Engineering • Project Controls Manager • Senior Contract Management • Quantity Surveying (Standard and Senior) • Category/ Supply Chain Lead The demand for these services will fluctuate dependent on the requirements of the Contracting Authority, and may increase or decrease significantly.
