A call-off process from the NHS SBS framework (SBS10252) was undertaken, involving a mini competition, this was restricted, only allowing suppliers on the framework to participate, to identify the most suitable provider to deliver requirements. The contract has been awarded to Optum Health Solutions (UK) Limited.
