It is looking for an experienced contractor to provide architectural services to produce initial outline concept drawings, feasibility and cost planning for a potential scheme as detailed within the Specification. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement. Expressions of interest closes at 17:00 hrs on Friday 26th January 2018. Tenders must be submitted via the portal by 12:00 (noon) on Wednesday 31st January 2018. Shotlisted tenderers will be invited to attend an interview on Monday 12th February 2018 to discuss their proposals.
