The existing FinOps team has established strong foundational practices but is now operating at full capacity and faces a significant backlog of strategic initiatives. To maintain momentum and deliver measurable financial, operational benefits and business value of the cloud, HMRC requires targeted, temporary support via a specialised professional service provider. Services will be commissioned via statement of work (SOW) with clear deliverables and milestones set. Contract Terms (No optional extension) twenty-four months contract (24), total contract value £400,000 excluding VAT.
