The work will include the external cleaning of windows, including the cleaning of sills. The contractor must ensure that the method of working ensures that the quality of workmanship and satisfaction levels are the same for both first floor and ground floor windows. The contract also includes the internal and external cleaning of windows for external entrance doors to communal areas.
