The majority of works will fall under the following disciplines, mainly at the Buxton Site: • Principal Designer/Architect. • Project Manager (Expected duties: planning, project controls, contract administration). • Civil Engineer (including public health and road works). • Structural Engineer. • Mechanical & Electrical engineer (including ATEX Electrical & Mechanical Design). Page 4 to 8 • Building Services Engineer. • Cost consultant/QS • Contract Administration. • Building & Land surveyor. • Technical evaluation of HSE tenders.
