The contract has been awarded on a no commitment basis, with services to be called off through fixed-price Statements of Work that define agreed deliverables, milestones and associated payment mechanisms. The total potential contract value breakdown is as follows: Initial term: £6,000,000 (excluding VAT) Optional extension period: £3,000,000 (excluding VAT)
