The accurate Total Final Value of the contract is £209,546.36. This value includes the cost of the non-substantial amendment to the contract undertaken during the initial term. In addition, there has been an unforeseen need to purchase additional licences. This additional variation increases the value of the contract from £209,546.36 to £268,184.03. This variation is being made in accordance with Regulation 72(1)(b) of the Public Contract Regulations 2015. The services provided under the contract remain the same, being the provision of Eggplant licences.
