21ee901a-e9ff-40e3-8e01-9b7ab1486dd8-145002Birmingham City Council requires a supplier for the provision of Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) surveys around the city and on the strategic road network. This is to inform the development and feasibility of a Clean Air Zone (CAZ) for the city. The project requires 24-hour ANPR surveys to collect, capture and analyse euro emissions vehicle classification as well as inbound and outbound vehicle movements and origin-destination patterns for a continuous 7-day period. This contract will be for a period of 4 months commencing 16th May 2017 until 29th September 2017. BCC will be using its e-tendering system (in-tend) for the administration of this procurement process and providers must register with the system to be able to express an interest. Requests to participate must be by way of completion and return of the tender documentation no later than 12:00 hours (GMT) on 21st April 2017 using the Supplier Portal.
