The system comprises two core applications: Argus Enterprise, used for valuations and cash flow forecasting, and Argus Developer, used for development appraisals. Argus is a critical system supporting estate planning and investment decision-making. This award is for a further one-year period to maintain service continuity while we prepare to return to the market, either through market engagement or, if no suitable alternatives are identified, a decision to re-award.
