Bidders must be able to demonstrate a full understanding of the limitations and requirements of such buildings when it comes to undertaking planned refurbishment works.\r \r This contract will be procured through a open process as an above threshold procurement in accordance with Public Contract Regulations 2015 (SI 2015/102) (PCR).
