6151ee45-11ea-4b33-ae09-f8d679cdb154-182381Quotations were invited for the provision of an Engagement, Representation and Equalities Challenge Service to support Leicestershire County Council (the Council) in engaging a range of communities of interest in service/policy planning and assessing the equalities impacts and opportunities of proposed service/policy changes. The initial contract period will be 3 years with the option to extend for up to a further period(s) totalling 24 months. The annual budget for provision of this service is £30,000 per annum. Therefore, the total contract value over 3 years is expected to be approximately £90,000, and including the maximum optional extension of a further 24 months, would be approximately £150,000. The proposed Service is based on current and known funding allocations. These could alter through the life of the Contract in light of changes in future local and central government funding, but it is the intention of the Council that the contract budget will remain fixed for the initial 3 year fixed period of the Contract. Funding for possible extension(s) will be subject to review by the Council.
