762581ed-7925-4ecf-9ba6-7a31e32d403f-180356Southend Borough Council requires a contractor to carry out a toilet Refurbishment, comprising removing existing sanitaryware, floor covering, cubicle partitions and replacing same. In addition, removing existing ceiling finishes and light fittings and replacing same. Providing vandal resistant wall finish and steel doors. A Schedule of Works will be issued to contractors who express an interest and the works will be carried out under a JCT Minor Works Contract. The tenders will be considered against an evaluation ratio of 80% for price and 20% for quality. In order to access the opportunity to quote you must express your interest by registering on the Council's e-tendering system free of charge on the link below: https://procurement.southend.gov.uk/southend/portal.nsf/index.htm The proposed commencement date of this project is 17th July 2017 and we anticipate a Six week programme of works.
