The assessment will explore how effectively current provision meets the needs of people with protected characteristics, identify gaps, and make evidence-based recommendations to improve access, outcomes, and equity. The work will involve quantitative and qualitative research, including data analysis, stakeholder engagement, and consultation with people in treatment, treatment-naïve populations, families, professionals, and community groups. The provider will produce a comprehensive final report with findings and recommendations by April 2026. The contract value is up to £20,000 (ex VAT) and will run for approximately five months
