This capability is not held within the Trust. The new contract will provide a professional Design Service to Essentia for RIBA Stages 0-6. Services will include architectural, CDM, civil and structural engineering, and mechanical and electrical services. This was subject to a mini-competition through the CCS framework "Construction Professional Services" under Lot 1: Built Environment.
