This is for delivery of accredited and/ or non-accredited community based learning to adults in Calderdale who are furthest from learning and employment. Tenderers are permitted to tender for up to £10,000 per course. Tenderers will only be able to bid for a maximum of £50,000 of the £200,000 budget available
